Do you have any tips on making the costume? I was planning on doing a KOS-MOS cosplay myself, but I'm not very artsy when it comes to costume making, so I can't figure out how I'd do it. Any advice?

The construction is pretty shabby because of the sturdiness/wear and tear/skill level - but I'd like to attempt something like this again and apply what I know now. It was my third costume and I've learned infinitely more since then so hopefully I can be of some help and you will make something far better than I did or could.
